Located in Prairie Village, CASA AMA is a modern Mexican inspired kitchen centered on bold flavor, vibrant ingredients, and a spirit of gathering. Inspired by our travels and the cuisines we return to again and again, the menu layers Mexican influence with a broader point of view—meant for sharing and staying awhile.
Our bar leans into agave-forward cocktails, mezcal, and tequila, alongside a rotating selection of wines — built for long dinners and nights that carry on.
